As part of 1.2.0 we started using the label {{release-notes}} to jiras that we
should mention in the release notes. A search is available that shows the jiras
tagged for the upcoming release notes.
The report should be added as a link to the release note section in the release
procedure

The search can only be viewed when logged in, committers can edit. They should
only update the version number ;)
