The bearded/ruby-ldap gem that's required by default is unmaintained, and doesn't work on ruby 3.x. I've forked the gem to [ruby-ldap3](https://github.com/Punderthings/ruby-ldap3) and applied patches to work on ruby 3.x, and put onto rubygems, which might fix the issue. If you have time, it would be really valuable if you could try testing this - and also let us know if you're on an Intel or Apple Silicon Mac. - Switch to the [use-ruby-ldap3](https://github.com/apache/whimsy/tree/use-ruby-ldap3) branch for your checked out whimsy - Try raking again Sebb also has a monkey-patch script that applies the patches during the build you can try as a backup. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
