The GitHub username is no longer used by Infrastructure processes. The linkage
between LDAP accounts and GitHub usernames is contained within the gitbox
service. LDAP is not used as a storage mechanism for that linkage.
As a result, I believe the field is obsolete and (worse) potentially confusing
with the account *actually* linked to an LDAP account. I think it should be
removed from the UI. (and eventually from LDAP, but that's orthogonal)
