I understand that the ECCN matrix file eccnmatrix.yaml located in the repository https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/www-eccn.git has a contact for each entry, which should be the PMC chair.
I'm thinking that whatever process we use to change the chair should also change the contact in the project eccn file. I'm not volunteering because I do not know the process. There may be some whimsical process but I cannot find anything in the PMC part of the roster to change the chair. If interested, I can open a whimsy JIRA to add this functionality.
