AFAICT, whimsy6 is working OK. I have just renewed the certbot certificates including whimsy.a.o Note that at present it only allows access by those with secretary karma, so that will need to be changed. The local data also needs to be synchronised. I think this only affects the secretarial role, so only the secretary needs to be careful to use the correct host during changeover. Or refrain from using the system. Sebb.
