When filing an ICLA in the secretary mail workbench, after selecting a project
to forward the ICLA to, it would be great to have a link available that goes
straight to the private@project.a.o archives. This makes it easier for the
secretary to find a vote thread for that ICLA, potentially without having to
add any search terms (typical private@ traffic is low enough that the
vote/result thread should show up on page one without any filtering).
