I wonder if John was thinking that this would be a list of IP Clearances for a
project to reference what the Incubator maintains for projects that received
donated code. He was likely thinking to replace
http://incubator.apache.org/ip-clearance/ somehow.
Until someone wants to do some work these pages will remain Anakia based.
