SVN Cutover - how will Whimsy Handle it?

Hi -

I’m concerned that PMC Chairs and Officers will attempt to submit Board Reports 
and that Board Members will review while the SVN cutover occurs.

Has any thought gone into this? What does Whimsy do if SVN is down?
