I did not grant access to all committers when I set it up, because I thought
the tool might be resource intensive. Also the output needs interpretation.
I think it's important that Whimsy committers retain access, so infra-only
might not be suitable.
Another approach might be to grant infra access to the members area, but that
might not be acceptable.
