Examples: Officers (i.e., people who author reports) and ASF members can access the board agenda tool. >From time to time you may see VPs of non-PMC groups in pmc-chairs, and infrastructure staff in members. So while both ldap-groups identify their primary purpose, they both have been abused. I'm aware of some talk within the infra team to rethink all of this.
