That data is in LDAP, and was updated by the infra team (probably Gavin or
Daniel) immediately following the election. That data is used in the creation
of agendas by the board agenda tool (i.e., there is no need to parse the agenda
as that agenda was produced by a whimsy tool).
If that data is ever incorrect, one can get the infra team to fix it using the
standard means to communicate such requests (slack, jira, email to dev@infra,
etc)
