I went through the JIRA backlog and also the www roster and ASF podling code
related to the Incubator and have the following plan:
(1) Let's resolve these as "Won't Fix":
WHIMSY-110 Completion of a TLP resolution should update podlings.xml
WHIMSY-117 Migrate podlings.xml maintainence to git
(2) I'll use this existing issue for Status / Clutch improvements
WHIMSY-98 Podling Status Maintenance
Once podling status is complete there will be a change to the Incubator to
remove i.a.o/projects/<podling>.html
and instead use i.a.o/projects/#podling. This will break a number of links in
Whimsy:
whimsy/www/incubator/
graduated.cgi
maillist.cgi
whimsy/www/roster/views/
podlings.html.rb
Before I create a JIRA issue to track these. Does anyone know of other pages?
I'm curious about WHIMSY-124 podlings.rb/namesearch does not handle HTTP errors
well
(3) I'll create new issues for Exit changes and completion of the New podling
rough out.
WHIMSY-253 Finish the New Podling Page
WHIMSY-254 Add an Exit Incubator Button to the Podling Roster/Status Page
(4) Updating certain values from Podling Status.
I’ll flesh this out more after (2) and (3) are completed.
(5) Flagging these other separate Whimsy / Incubator related issues for
separate action whenever.

(6) Does anyone have thoughts about how to change the Incubator Report workflow
with MOIN going away? Or should we just move the process to Confluence?
