Dims is an emeritus Member of Apache. But I don't think this is so confidential that I need to send this discussion to private@whimsy.
It looks like whimsy secretary workbench is not set up for this process. So it looks like I will need to process Dims as a prospective member and wait until after the member meeting to actually file this form. But I'm guessing the process will still fail because Dims needs to be moved from Emeritus to Member in members.txt and it just won't work at all. WDYT?
