[https://whimsy.apache.org/board/minutes/] provides some great ways to view
board minutes by topic or officer. But the by-date links all go to the static
a.o listing of board agendas, which just point to the plain-text files.
A useful new feature would be a whimsification of the calendar view of past
board minutes, as an additional way to access them. The minutes themselves
would simply be displayed as-is, perhaps with a CSS or iFrame overlay that
allowed simple next/previous board meeting minutes navigation.
