As a reminder, on the list of things to do is to have the secretary create the accounts directly: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-14456 https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WHIMSY-113 The people listed in cn=asf-secretary,ou=groups,ou=services,dc=apache,dc=org already have all of the necessary karma. The ASF::Person.add method exists, and has been lightly tested. Most of the changes needed to the secretary workbench would be to call this method instead of creating and committing a new account request. The email messages will need to be reviewed and updated. Additionally, bcc'ing __update_forwar...@apache.org will trigger the creation of the @apache.org email, without needing to wait for the next run of the cron job. Anybody interested in completing this work? :-) > -CT - Sam Ruby > On Thu, 2018-02-08 at 08:50 -0800, Craig Russell wrote: > > Whimsy and the infra scripts have been working for years now. > > Did anything change recently? > > Craig > > > On Feb 7, 2018, at 1:18 PM, sebb <seb...@gmail.com> wrote: > > On 7 February 2018 at 21:14, Chris Thistlethwaite <chr...@apache.org> wrote: > > yeah, there is no fullname, just Wonook. > > > That is the public name as recorded in iclas.txt and in the ICLA: > > https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/documents/iclas/won-wook-song.pdf > > > -CT > On Wed, 2018-02-07 at 12:03 -0800, Craig Russell wrote: > > > On Feb 7, 2018, at 7:56 AM, Chris Thistlethwaite <chr...@apache.org > > wrote: > > > > It was originally in new-account-reqs.txt, I manually changed it to > the full name.
