I realize that this is painful on a PMC the list of the incubator, but if you
check, there is a column with a heading "status - click cell for actions".
That's where less frequently used actions reside. Scroll down to the
individual that you want to change, scroll right to the last cell and click on
it.
Note: do NOT use the search feature. Search results mix committers and PMC
members, and thereby lose context.
