I want the comment block to be inactive when the form is first shown, and then active only when the vote is -1.
Line 19 of views/pages/vote.js.rb enables the comment block. If I change line 19 to initialize the @showComment to false, the comment block does not display but the radio buttons (line 37) don't work properly. They change but never call their onClick function.
