I went through this month's reports individually before posting draft minutes and noticed the yellow highlights for lines that should have been reflowed. But no "edit report" button.
I want a button to edit the reports so I can reflow them myself. I also want to be able to edit security and private sections before posting draft minutes. It might be that I did this after the meeting adjourned. It might be that I don't have karma. Whichever it is, Secretary should be able to edit and reflow reports before, during, and after meetings without resorting to svn and hand edit.
