Just for background: this script started out as something I created for my own
use. Over time, others have found it useful; which have lead to people
adjusting their behavior. For example, the board agenda will warn about
indentation issues (which has happened this month), and Craig will move
resolutions (as has also happened this month).
This may lead to a solution where the best approach is to add special case
logic for odd-ball cases from the past. Things like 'if 2012-08-28 then...'.
