Notes:
1) At the moment, this is only only whimsy4; sometime within the next month or
so whimsy4 will become the new whimsy.
2) at the moment, only individuals can see their own subscriptions; I may
ultimately expand that to those who maintain the mail subscriptions (apmail),
but don't have any current plans to do so.
