On attempting to remove a member who has withdrawn and still has credentials
for that group, I received a confirmation dialog where both options (cancel and
complete removal) were displayed with an international no-entry symbol and were
not clickable.
I was using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10. I had succeeded in providing
my "orcmid" Apache credentials on accessing the list and roster.
