There are some availids which don't have entries in LDAP or ICLAS.txt (e.g. andrei, pcs, rasmus)
AFAICT these can only be referenced in members.txt, because entries in LDAP groups presumably must already be in LDAP. At present these are handled in the PhoneBook app by local definitions of the names. But it occurs to me it might be better to handle them in public_icla_info (or its library helper) and add them to icla-info.json, for example as a 'historic' dict entry. Alternatively, perhaps it would be better to get them added to LDAP. There are already several LDAP people who have not got ICLAs (e.g. the Virtual employees). Or perhaps they could be added to public_ldap_people.json with noLogin == true? S.
