This was one of my questions. The captured action items -- I presume
these live in a database on whimsy-vm until somebody inserts
them into
the agenda?
And I'm assuming these AIs are entered via the Secretary console?
I'll give a longer answer.
Much appreciated!
And Brett has now posted the agenda, so now it is your turn:
https://whimsy.apache.org/board/agenda/2015-07-15/Action-Items
Uncheck the items for which there is no further action, and click "post
actions" when you are done.
It would be easy to make it so that actions with a status that contains
/\bdone\b/i are initially unchecked...
Once you have posted the action items, they will appear various places
as you have noted, such as on Shepherd pages and on the pages for
associated reports. This means that you (as Vice Chair) probably don't
need to worry about the ones with 2015-06-17 as a date; but ones that
aren't getting done month after month probably could use a bit of follow
up -- perhaps the action items aren't necessary or should be reassigned?
