I’ll send a separate email, but I also think we should deprecate the underlying
APIs and HttpSM support for this in the InkAPIs for v10.2, and remove them for
v11.0. They just have no purpose since we made all this overridable
configurations.
If no one objects, I’ll make this change to header_rewrite this week.
