[ANNOUNCE] ATS 9 Hackathon III

We will be having a half day remote hackathon for the ATS 9 release next week 
on Thursday 9/3 (8:00 PDT to 12:00 PDT).  We are going to focus on the open 
issues for the ATS 9.0.0 release.
