If you are interested in TLS session reuse, please take a look at my PR, https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/4125 for the ssl_session_reuse plugin. This is a upgraded version of the plugin we have been running at Yahoo for at least the last four years. It is a big PR which can be kind of daunting. I'd appreciate comments even if you are not a committer.
