Is anyone else seeing this error when they generate the docs in html format?
Encoding error: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc2 in position 4194: ordinal not in range(128) This is on master. Seems like sphinx is not the best tool if it doesn't always give .rst file name and line number for errors. Walt Karas Oath
