Hello, I'm (somewhat obviously) a Comcast employee working on one of the Traffic Control teams, and I built a command-line tool to analyze ATS caches (ATS v7.0+). The process to release this software as open-source is long and arduous, but looks very promising. I can't post the source code anywhere you could see it, but this is a paste of the repository's README:
