[PROPOSAL] Updates to v8.0.0 and subsequent major (LTS) release month (June instead of May)

Hi,

Bryan and I would like to propose an update to the release cycles: Basically, 
the major versions will be scheduled for a ~mid June release. This pushes out 
the v8.0.0 release by one month, but it allows us to go through the release 
status in our spring summits / BarCamp’s *before* we branch.
