Github has started promoting two new Labels:

good first issue
I’ve created these two Labels in our Github repo, *and* I changed all our
“Newbie” Issues to be “good first issue” labeled. The advantage is that the
Github page automatically links to (and promotes) these two Labels, so we
should start using them accordingly. For example:
