This is mainly directed to ATS Committers: Please label your Github Issues and Pull Requests. For pull requests assign them to yourself and if you know who to assign the issue to then please set it. Only issue owners or committers can be assigned issues and pull requests. If you know what milestone the pull request or issue is going to be completed in please set these. If you are shepherding other developers please also make sure their pull requests and issues are also labeled appropriately.
Also, there is no need to open an issue for a pull request if you plan on creating a pull request right after. We are using the pull requests for the release notes and issues are only helpful if there is no code yet. Thank you, Bryan
