I think this should be OK. I was concerned about its interaction with
transparency but the `os_addr_style` values are set up to avoid that (e.g. that
can be moved to values that prevent checking for transparency again). Is there
a provision for unsetting the origin server address, so that a plugin could try
an address and if that fails fall back to HostDB?
