Hmmm, our Debian6 build box has 0.9.8, and I can not seem to get it updated 
beyond that.

root@debian6:~# cat /etc/debian_version
6.0.10
root@debian6:~# ls -lrt /usr/lib/libssl.so*
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 356608 Feb 11  2013 /usr/lib/libssl.so.0.9.8
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root     15 Apr 18  2014 /usr/lib/libssl.so -> libssl.so.0.9.8

Well, that’s pretty crazy :). Ok, So, if this is true, it sounds like we can 
keep Ubuntu 12 in the supported list of platforms.
