That seems highly unlikely. Do you have examples of HTTP/0.9 only web sites? From the RFC 7230: The expectation to support HTTP/0.9 requests has been removed. (Appendix A) You would have to show some strong evidence that HTTP/0.9 is still in considerable use for us to reconsider this. Cheers, — leif
