These were already deprecated in TS-2707, right?  So, definitely +1. I don’ 
know why we didn’t file a 6.0.0 “removal” bug, but I guess at the time we 
didn’t have the process nailed down :).

Wth does this bad boy do ? It seems to work on the “redirect_info” member of 
the HttpSM? I think this API goes all the way back to pre-Yahoo days, but it’s 
possible Yahoo is using it? I think I’d like to understand what this does 
different to TSHttpTxnRedirectUrlSet() and/or TSHttpTxnFollowRedirect() before 
we decide?
