At ApacheCon there was a developer from F-Secure there that was talking about open sourcing ICAP support. We would be interesting in having ICAP support in ATS and would be willing to help maintain it. Unfortunately I didn't get his email address or contact information. If anyone has it or hopefully the F-Secure developer reads the mailing lists, please reply.
