Oh nice! I pulled the branch, but RTD doesn't seem to have built the Japanese 
translation. The build log is 
<https://readthedocs.org/builds/trafficserver/1192579/>. Maybe we need to take 
some of the trafficserver-ja settings over to the trafficserver RTD project?
