November is getting closer and that means we should look into getting
4.1.0 out the door:

The following four (4) issues are currently unresolved, but some of
them have code pending to be committed:

I want to have the build issues fixed ASAP, get all buildbots green,
then we can focus on getting the "features" from that list in.
My rough estimate is that ironing this out will take about ~2 weeks,
before we can throw the first RC out there.
Feedback highly encouraged.
