+1 on removing. It's a) undocumented and b) almost certainly a legacy thing for some Inktomi customer or config migration from "old" configs to the new XML config. Being completely undocumented, I'd compare it to an experimental feature. :) [ I checked both our new docs, and the old PDF, there's not a single mention of this as far as I could tell].
