Hi all,
I happened to look at TS-745, tiered SSD storage. I'm a little concerned that
we might end up dropping a pile of code into master without anyone but the
author having a good idea of what problem it solves.
For large features like this, it would be really helpful if there was a short
wiki page or text document that:
- states the problem that the feature is intended to solve
- describes the feature at a high level
- describes how the feature solves the problem
- gives some instructions for testing the feature
