As per our cruel overlord's dictat, I have changed the function prefix to "ats_" from "ts_".
I have left in ink_inet_addr because I am not sure what the purpose is. It is only called from HostDB, which uses it to verify the format of a hostname (dotted notation or not). The converted value is discarded. If anyone know why HostDB wants to know (user input? AA record response format? Configuration value?) and could tell me, that would be helpful. I plan to commit the changes tomorrow unless I hear differently.
