... and its contents are mostly configuration files, even though ATS has
a somewhat strange understanding how to deal with those files. So I
think /etc/trafficserver/ contents are just fine in /etc.

In long term it should perhaps be discussed whether some parts of it
should/can be moved to a different place (i.e. files which are not
really intended to be touched by the administrator), but others are just
fine there.

Yep, all but tsxs should better be placed in /usr/sbin. I was
considering overriding this for Debian already, but I was too lazy to
implement it so far.
