I've prepared a package for a v1.0 release of the header_filter plugin
for ATS v3.0.0. This is a simple plugin to do some header filtering and
manipulation on requests and/or responses through the state machine.
More information on the plugin is available in the README, e.g.

Please take a look at the artifact, check the STATUS/README/CHANGES
files, and do builds and tests. After finishing your examination of the
release candidate, please cast your ±/0 votes, I will call the vote on
6/27/2011. The src tar-ball and signatures are available in
http://people.apache.org/~zwoop/rel-candidates/

There have been no changes in this plugin in the last 3 months, other
than bumping the API version to v3.0. Anyone using the code from SVN is
encouraged to download and test this official distribution file,
together with ATS v3.0.0. Once the vote passes, the artifacts will be
available on the normal dist servers and mirrors.
