Remove INKPluginLicenseRequired() ?

Hi,

I'm thinking of removing the API INKPluginLicenseRequired(), there's 
just something that seems 'wrong' with having such an API in a free, 
open source project. Unless someone objects, I'll remove it on Thursday.
