Jason Giedymin updated TS-166: ------------------------------ Attachment: TS-166__set_trafficserver.sh__JasonGiedymin.patch TS-166__install_trafficserver.sh__JasonGiedymin.patch Please use both these patches. These patches for the scripts are very useful for repetitive builds/testing. They work on EC2 and on standalone machines. install_trafficserver works on Ubuntu & Fedora. set_trafficserver.sh works on Ubuntu. These are the scripts which I've used to create and maintain the Ubuntu Karmic based TrafficServer EC2 AMI instance for public consumption/testing. Note: Karmic was chosen as it's very popular on EC2 and gets frequent bug fixes from Canonical. Note: the next generation of these scripts which I'm working on now, are ruby chef recipes. This will allow compatibility with any AMI distro. > Two scripts, for building and basic config settings for testing. > ---------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: TS-166 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-166 > Project: Traffic Server > Issue Type: Test > Environment: Ubuntu 9.10 and older, Fedora 12 (possibly older). > Reporter: Jason Giedymin > Assignee: Leif Hedstrom > Priority: Minor > Fix For: 2.0.0 > > Attachments: install_trafficserver.sh, set_trafficserver.sh, > TS-166__install_trafficserver.sh__JasonGiedymin.patch, > TS-166__set_trafficserver.sh__JasonGiedymin.patch > > > Two scripts, for building and basic config settings for testing. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - You can reply to this email to add a comment to the issue online.
