Can you remind me what trademarks still need to be resolved?
It looks to me like US trademark Serial No: 75321943 is still live and will
remain so until 2019.
The ASF board's preference is to transfer the marks, to reflect the movement of
managing use of the name to Apache. However, it will be sufficient to remove
this as a blocking issue if an official at Yahoo! would simply license use of
the marks to the ASF with an intent to transfer any remaining live marks after
graduation from Incubator.
