I don't understand these results.

It seems that the vector<int> results are identical down to 1000th of 
a second to the Current INKStat results.

Also, it says here that all tests were for 2500 stats first except
the Current INKStat results which are for 250 stats first
then 225 next.

This might be a good example of something which could use a performance
regression...
