After the heated debate (j/k), I will put this up for a vote...
I propose that we change the prefix for the APIs, #define, filenames,
etc from INK_ to TS_. We would keep the same case.
Example:
INK_HTTP_STATUS_NONE -> TS_HTTP_STATUS_NONE
inkapi INKReturnCode INKHttpTxnSetArg(INKHttpTxn txnp, int arg_idx, void
*arg); -> tsapi TSReturnCode TSHttpTxnSetArg(TSHttpTxn txnp, int
arg_idx, void *arg);
ink_defs.cc -> ts_defs.cc
