When I talked to VJ it sounds like the patch is very similar. If we want it in
trunk, VJ's patch is probably easier to incorporate.
I think we should make the decision independently.
I was just suggesting that when merging into trunk you might want to look at
the dev line and note any differences
to make sure nothing is overlooked and likewise when the trunk change is merged
into dev.
