The existing KQUEUE code is nolonger necessary, however, if anyone would like
to use
it, the EV_CLEAR flag can be used to set the events to be edge triggered or the
#ifdef s
could be fixed to use the non-edge triggered code path for USE_KQUEUE.
The existing code will likely spin when keep-alive connections are open.
